subscriptions

you can get a refund within 7 days of your first charge, if you have used fewer than 100 credits of cay. write to hello@caylo.space from the email on your account. we refund to the original payment method.

credit top-ups

unused credits from a top-up can be refunded within 14 days of buying them. credits you have already used can’t be.

after a refund

the credits that were refunded are removed from your balance, and your plan returns to free if the subscription was refunded. your notes are never deleted.

cancelling

cancelling stops the next renewal. the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and unused included credits lapse at that point. purchased credits stay for their 12 months.

other cases

if you were charged twice or by mistake, tell us and we will put it right. a chargeback zeroes out purchased credits and flags the account while it is reviewed.
